Downloadable, printable journal that includes the key points from my Fitness Testing 101 blog article. This journal also includes:
- space to take your own notes
- QR codes that link directly to the YouTube videos included in the article (which are not searchable so you can only find these videos in the blog post or by having the QR code)
- a page to record your fitness testing results for 4 consecutive testing rounds (which you can of course print again if you want to do another 4).
